- RAM — 8 GB minimum, 16 GB recommended
- Disk Space — 2 GB for client installation
Network Requirements
Corporate proxies that perform SSL inspection may cause connection issues. Contact your network admin to whitelist NATIS endpoints, or see the Proxy Configuration Guide in the Admin section.
- Outbound HTTPS (port 443) to *.natis.vn and *.natis.io
- WebSocket support for real-time collaboration features
- Minimum 10 Mbps for standard use; 100 Mbps recommended for large file uploads
- Low latency (<50ms) to your designated NATIS region for optimal SQL performance
