Creating Your Account

• 1. Navigate to https://app.natis.vn/signup and enter your work email address.
• 2. Check your email for a verification link and click Verify Email.
• 3. Complete your profile: full name, job title, organization name, and country.
• 4. Your workspace will be provisioned in under 60 seconds. You'll receive a workspace URL at {your-org}.natis.vn.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

NATIS supports SAML 2.0 and OIDC-based SSO with major identity providers. SSO configuration is available under Settings → Security → Authentication. Supported providers include:

• Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Google Workspace (Google Identity)
• Okta
• OneLogin
• Custom SAML 2.0 / OIDC provider

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA is required for all Admin roles and recommended for all users. Supported MFA methods: Authenticator app (TOTP), Hardware security key (FIDO2/WebAuthn), and SMS (fallback only — not recommended for high-security environments).
